SN74LVC3G17: [SN74LVC3G17] Power consumption

Part Number: SN74LVC3G17

Hello,

I use the SN74LVC3G17 as a buffer, the input pins are connected to buttons and pull up to Vcc, output pins are connected to micro controller, Vcc is +1.8V.

It is because I use CR2032 coin battery as power source, I would like to know the power consumption of SN74LVC3G17, my situation is as follows, are all results 10uA?

1.If all input pins are high and output pins also output high, the power consumption is 10uA x Vcc?

2.If 2 input pins are high and 1 pin is low, the power consumption is 10uA x Vcc?

3.If 2 input pins are high and 1 pin is constant high and low changes(I press the button continuously), the power consumption is also 10uA xVcc?

1.May I know what is the difference between Icc and delta Icc?

2.Why the Vcc is defined as 0.6V, so the 500uA is leakage current?

Thanks.
