Dear Sir,
we are budilding an inhouse In-circuit tester to test PCB's in power on condition. I am looking out for driver ic which can be programmed to soruce and sink current up to 0 to 500mA and switch speed of less than 65ms and voltage programmable from 0 to 5vdc. Please suggest a device from analog device.

This sounds like a job for a power op amp. The OPA567 has rail-to-rail I/Os, or do you have a higher-voltage power supply?

The device should be able to source and sink current (0 to 500mA) at output voltage of 3.5V.Also the output should be pulsing at 65msec. Please suggest this type of device.

Hi,

You can use any of the voltage output DAC with power op amps such as OPA567 or have discrete transistor based circuit connected to DAC to do the same.
