I am scanned the datasheet to make a preliminary circuit for a system translating a 3v3 embedded operation to a 1v8 sensor application. VCAA is operating at 1v8 and VCCB is 3v3. I have not been able to get an I2C communication across the device from B to A? OE is tied to the ground through a 20K pulldown resistor and also is toggled via a gpio of the 3v3 embedded side. I see OE needs to be on the VCCA side. Will the TXS0104 not operate with a 3v3 signal to it?
