It is nice to know you here. My customer wants to use a level shift from 1.5V to 3.3V in I2C application, and no need for external pull resistor in the IO PIN. I find that neither TXS0104E nor LSF0204D can be used in such applications. Do you have another device can be penetrated here? Thanks.
The TCA9803 would need resistors only on one side.

Only the TXS0108E supports 1.5 V.
