Could you please let me know the output of SN74LV244A when power-off state.

It seems like it is high-Z, but I want to make sure.

This is implied by the last sentence in section 8.3 of the datasheet:

The I_off circuitry also disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devices when they are powered down.
