Hi team,

Do we have level shift for EMMC signal(1.8v <-> 3.3v)? In my opinion, the speed of EMMC should be 200Mhz, Do you have some ideas? Thanks.

There is no auto-bidirectional level shifter that supports 200 MHz (DDR). The fastest LSF can support 200 Mbps = 100 MHz.

eMMC has no direction signal, so it is not possible to use a direction-controlled level shifter.

Clemens is correct. For 2 bit autobidirectional devices there is the LSF0102, TXB0102, and TXS0102 and these devices cannot reach 200MHz.

Is it possible to implement the circuit with a lower frequency?
