Part Number: SN74AUP1G08-Q1
Hi, Team,
Customer want to know the output status for SN74AUP1G08-Q1 in following scenarios.
1. The VCC power down 3.3v -> 0V, one of the input has 3.3V voltage, how about the output status? Is there any sink current at the output pin?
2. In normal condition, when the VCC is 0V, how about the status for the output?
When the device is powered off, the output has high impedance.
But while powering off, when the supply voltage is below the recommended minimum (0.8 V) and still above zero, the state of the output is not guaranteed.

Hi, Clemens,
Thanks for your feedback!
Another question:
1The VCC power down 3.3v -> 0V, one of the input has 3.3V voltage. Should be it possible have a leakage current from the input pin to the VCC? Which should cause the VCC still maintain some voltage on the cap.
In reply to Wu JW:
This is safe. See [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?
