My customer is considering using SN74AHCT1G125.

Do you have the data of input voltage vs input current?

They would like to know the input current when input voltage=3.3V.

CMOS inputs have high impedance. The leakage current is specified as I_I.

Do you have the graph the input current axis is narrower(±5mA max)?

The worst-case I_I is one 5000th of 5 mA, and the typical value is even smaller, so the line would not be visible either in that graph.

The leakage current is small enough so that its exact characteristics do not matter.

No, we don't have a plot of that data available.

The correct value to design with is the maximum provided in the datasheet of 1uA.

The typical input current is identical. (The only difference between AHC and AHCT are the input transistor thresholds, but the leakage current is determined mostly by the ESD protection circuit.)

Yes, as Clemens said, the input structures are practically identical and most of the input leakage current comes from the ESD structures. You can expect very low typical input leakage for the AHC(T) logic family.
