Hello:

I am making a device using the TXS0206. Would it be possible to have access to the gerber of the TXS0206EVM? I would like to see what type of vias were used as well as PCB layers to simplify my manufacturing.

    Hi Eduardo,

    Unfortunately, I don't have the exact gerber files to share. However, there isn't anything special with the layout of the EVM. Its a standard two layer board that is .062 inches thick (FR4 dielectric at ~.059 inches). Vias are likely 20 mil with 10 mil holes. Should be something pretty standard and easy for any PCB manufacturer. Just make sure to use proper high speed routing techniques since digital signals have high frequency components.

    Hi:

    Thank you for your response. I was curious in particular was about the in-pad vias for the BGA. I agree the other vias might be a normal via. I wanted to see what vias were also recommended for the vias that the datasheet mention as thru-hole vias, as sometimes these vias with very small diameters have trouble going thru all the board in some aspect ratios.
