We're looking for a 4ch inverting buffer/driver with below features. I don't see the suited one on the website. We'd like to double check with you if TI has such product or not? Very thanks.

All inverters have active-low enables. Only the non-inverting 74xx126 have active-high OE.

I'd recommend to put a one-channel inverter before the enable of a SN74HC368.

The SN74HC240 might work for you. It has 8 channels of inverters with 2 OE pins, each one controlling 4 channels. You could use one channel of one bank to invert the OE pin for the other bank of 4.

Active high enable is fairly rare in logic -- the industry standard is to have active low enables, so the vast majority of our logic products have active low enables.

Is there 4ch inverting buffer like as function of SN74ACT240PWR that you can recommend?

My customer would like to separate 8ch into two 4ch for requirements of the functional safety in Motor drive. Thanks!

Inverters with enable have either at most two channels (e.g., SN74LVC2G240) or at least six channels (e.g., SN74HC368).

My customer would like to use SN74HC368 on design. however, how to deal with the unused pin or channels? Connecting them to GND or pull-high to VCC/bias power? Which one is better for noise immunity? thanks.

Unused outputs should be left open. Unused inputs can be connected to either GND or V_CC; which one does not matter.
