I'm looking for a data buffer to handle a parallel video data bus running up to 300MHz at Vcc = 3.3V. Can anyone suggest a suitable device? Anything from 1 to 10-channel would do!

300 MHz (= 600 Mbps) or 300 Mbps (= 150 MHz)?

There is no logic device rated for 600 Mbps.
