Can you tell me why one shot circuit make rising or falling rate faster?

Thank you for your reply.

I read that app note before I questioned you.

But there is no information why one shot circuit make faster. It said just OS circuit improve data rate.

Please explain how OS circuit affect to data rate such as delay time.

The four transistors shown in figure 2 essentially short the 4 kΩ resistors, which increases the drive strength of the output.
