Hi team,

I have some questions about SN74LVC1G125-Q1.

As below image.

My question is

1. Why do we have two Vcc condition. I mean when condition1 Vcc = 1.65V to 5.5V and the IOH = -100uA but there is also a condition2 Vcc = 1.65V and the IOH = -4mA. Does it mean we could modify the IOH and IOL?

2.What is the relationship between IOH and VOH(min)

3. If my customer need SN74LVC1G125 output fullfill VOH>3V and VOL<0.3V, how could I achieve it? (Vcc = 3.3V)

1. There are two tests because the test conditions (load current) are different.

2. A MOSFET behaves like a resistor; the voltage drop (V_CC − V_OH) scales linearly with the output current. See [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?

3. This question can be answered only if you know the desired load current.
