Hello Team,

We want to check with you about the SN74LVC1G125GCKR application method:

  1. We want to enable the device always, so can we just connect OE to GND directly?
  2. Do we need to connect series resistor to AIN and what the value should be?

    1. It is allowed to connect OE directly to GND. In that case, the output is always active, even during power-up and power-down (while VCC is below the minimum, the output value might not be correct).

    2. A series resistor would be useful only to limit current through the clamping diodes when the input voltage is out of range, but LVC inputs have such a diode only from GND, so a series resistor would not help against positive voltages.
