TXB0104-Q1: Seeing oscillation with a PXI setup

Part Number: TXB0104-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: USB2ANY, SN74AXC4T774-Q1

We are seeing oscillation in our PXI setup when used with this device.  This is with a SPI bus.  The oscillation always starts when the SDO does its first transition.   In the below, pink is the SDI, blue is CLK, green is SDO.  Any ideas what we did wrong?  It only happens with the PXI.  Using the USB2ANY, we have no issues.

Oscillations typically happen when a high capacitive or inductive load introduces ringing at signal edges, which is interpreted as a signal going into the opposite direction.

For unidirectional signals, a direction-controlled level shifter like the SN74AXC4T774-Q1 would be a better choice.
