The data I/Os of TXB0104 must have drive strength of at least ±2mA. How figure the 2mA out?

    This input drive strength isn't a specification defined by the TXB0104 device. ±2mA is the minimum drive strength recommended for the device that is actually driving the data I/O pins. You can usually find this in the datasheet or manual of the controller you're using to drive these signals.
