I have found this in a number of forum posts, but they are all locked.
When testing a Hercules TMS04 Launchpad with and XDS100v2 debugger, it fails. From CCS V10 and from command line.
My CCS is installed here: D:\ti\ccs1010
My board file is located here: C:\Users\jancu\AppData\Local\TEXASI~1\CCS\ccs1010\0\0\BrdDat\testBoard.dat
When navigating to D:\ti\ccs1010\ccs\ccs_base\common\uscif , then executing
dbgjtag -f C:\Users\jancu\AppData\Local\TEXASI~1\CCS\ccs1010\0\0\BrdDat\testBoard.dat -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity
I get the error here:

The library isn't on the search path.
The DLL exists, and is in the working folder.
