RM44L520: SL_SelfTest_ADC

Dear team,

In the diagnostic library, boolean SL_SelfTest_ADC(SL_SelfTestType testType, boolean mode, SL_ADC_Config * config, SL_ADC_Pinstatus * pinstatus); in the pinstatus pin status parameter.

Why the corresponding pin is connected to a fixed voltage, it always returns different? Sometimes it returns ADC_PIN_GOOD, sometimes it returns ADC_PIN_SHORTED_TO_ADVREF_LOW, and sometimes it returns ADC_PIN_UNDETERMINED.

The customer Increased the sampling time, such as 20us and tried it. It always returns different.

Please help.

This selftest relies on internal voltage divider networks and supplies together with the connection to the pin, input voltages can shift some of the results of the intermediate calculations causing the indeterminate result. This truly means that the input is indeterminate. In most cases this will be OK.

Can you provide the input voltages/loading on the pin getting those results: GOOD, SHORTED to LOW, and INDTERMINATED?
