I was looking for assembly instruction set for TM4C129.

The TM4C1294 device contains an ARM Cortex M4 CPU. Details about the assembly language instructions are here:

I could only find ARMv7-M Architecture Reference Manual

ARM Cortex M4 CPU I tried to find but not find any.

ARMv7-M is the assembly language used by the Cortex M4.
