TMDSEMU200-U: XDS200 support the command line programming?

What is your exact use case? If you wish to simply start a debug session for the target using an XDS200 and load the program to the target (like you would using CCS IDE) using CLI, then Debug Server Scripting may be an option:

For mass production, I need to program the PCBAs without GUI software, i need to develop an application in order to run and download the firmware to the PCBAs for mass production enviroment-

Regarding the question, I need to know if the XDS200 and SD Flash software (spectrum digital), has the capability to perform the programming with the command line parammeters, like a GANG C2000 

I cannot comment on SD Flash or GANG C2000 as I am not that familiar with them.

However, you can pass in various command line parameters when flashing C2000 using UniFlash CLI:

UniFlash does not support Sitara (but neither does SD Flash or GANG C2000). However, you may be ale to use DSS (mentioned above instead). You mentioned that "the current process is performed manually". Can you describe in detail what this manual process is?
