Due to IC shortages, I'm in need of a alternate TIVA uC. I have been informed that the TM4C1290 is the preferred alternate for the TM4C1292. This alternate is also out of stock. However, the TM4C1294KCPDTT3 is in stock. What are the differences between the TM4C1290, TM4C1292 and TM4C1294? Thank you.

TM4C129x devices with a "K" designator for Flash size are 512kB. "N" is 1MB.
TM4C1290NCPDT does not have Ethernet MAC interface.
TM4C1294NCPDT is NOT pin-to-pin compatible with TM4C1290NCPDT/TM4C1292NCPDT due to the inclusion of integrated Ethernet PHY which added additional power/ground pins to the PDT TQFP package (this does not apply to ZAD BGA package).
TM4C129CNCPDT and TM4C129DNCPDT are other pin-to-pin compatible swaps for TM4C1292NCPDT. Note that TM4C129CNCPDT also does not have Ethernet MAC interface.
