TMS570LS0914: replacement of NXP FS32K144HATOVLHR

Hi Team,

May I ask for help? One of our customer is looking for replacement of NXP FS32K144HATOVLHR.
The new micro should support CAN-FD, have a security element, ASIL-A at least, 128k RAM, 1 MB flash/rom, at least 3 ADC channels).
I am now checking TMS5700914APGEQQ1 as a possible replacement but was not sure considering all the requirement mentioned above.
Also TMS5700914APGEQQ1 may be overkill, is there anything in a 48 or 64 pin package that is CAN-FD and has security?

Hi Gerald,

TMS570LSx doesn't support CAN-FD, and doesn't have security modules.

Hi Gerald,

How about TMS570LS0714PZ? It is a 100-pin package. The maximum CPU speed is 100MHz, 768KB flash, 128K RAM. 2 DCAN, 2 12-bit ADC, SPI/SCI/I2C, ePWM/eCAP/eQEP, etc. Operating temperature is: ~40C to 125C

As I said, it doesn't support CAN-FD.
