Is the target connected before loading the code? Is there a reset while you are loading the code? After you see this error, can you please check if the JTAG connection is lost or not?

Target is connected to the PC before loading the program. After this error, the JTAG connection verification is successful. 

How to verify the reset while loading the code? Is there any HW provision available?

Also, USB Port detects only one port (i.e COM21) and its properties show it as UART connection and No JTAG port is detected? U have any idea about this?

The issue is not yet resolved. On RM48 HDK, the JTAG connection was successful, but we face issues while loading the program.

"Dap: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1170 @ 0x0) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.2.0.00002)".

Are you able to erase the flash from CCS or uniflash?

We tried in CCS, The above error message occurs before erasing the flash.
