LP-AM243: Requirements for PHY Power-Up Timing

Hi Experts，

     I use the AM243-LP, and run the PN/RT MII, and then test the Power-Up Timing, the VDD is VSYS_3V3, and the RST is the Reset_N on the DP83869.

     So does the 13.26 ms is okay for the requirements for PHY Power-Up Timing? Can you help confirm this Spec?
