Hi,

Please elaborate what is failing? Please be specific. We also do not do formal schematic review. The best I can do is to glance through your schematic and see if I can spot anything obvious. The best source of trouble shooting is for you to reference the TM4C129 system debug guideline at https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spma056.
