Hi Team,

My customer wants to know the difference among TMS570LS0714 TMS570LS0714-S and TMS570LS0914.

As far as I check the comparison table on TI.com. The mail difference is Flash size for 714 vs 914 and pkg variant for 714 vs 714-S though,
Are there any big differences between 714 and 914?

My customer especially want to know if it is possible to replace 714 to 914 under same pkg variant or not.

    Hi Takashi-san,

    They are pin to pin compatible. The only difference (for same PZ 100-pin package) is that LS0714 has a smaller flash (768KB). There is no problem to replace LS0914 with LS0714 is 769KB flash is big enough for them.
