RM46L450: JTAG emulator compatibility?

-Blackhawk does list XDS100V2 as compatible emulator for RM46Lxxx:

Can you please confirm it is the case?

-Assuming that you want to start a new design with RM46Lxxx today:
Can the latest CCS IDE (v11.x) be used in conjunction of the XDS200/XDS100v2 emulator and the TI dev boards LAUNCHXL2-RM46 / TMDXRM46HDK?

    Hi AnBer,

    The Blackhawk XDS100V2 or V200 does support RM46Lx devices. But I don't find those two emulators in emulator list supported by CCS11.x.

    BTW, the Launchpad-RM46 and HDK have build-in emulator: xds110 and xds100v2.
