I may have misread something, often do, but in the currently posted datasheets for the

TM4C123GH6PM and the

TM4C1231E6PM

Tables 2-4 and 2-5 seem to differ in the size of ram.

Hi John,

Can you elaborate what is the difference? Both devices have 32kB of SRAM as specified in the table 2-4. What is shown in table 2-4 is the implemented SRAM range. In table 2-5, it is Arm processor's memory map for the different memory segments such as Code, SRAM, Peripheral and etc. For SRAM it has a memory address range from 0x2000.0000 - 0x3FFF.FFFF which is equal to 512MB.

Table 2-5 lists sram range as 0x2000.0000 - 0x3FFF.FFFF. Since this document is specifically for this device I think one could infer this as the text of the preceding paragraph does not seem precise enough to preclude this inference.
