I read the online document and it indicated

“Standalone MCAL Release (available upon request) TI can provide standalone MCAL for Hercules MCUs upon request. Please reach out to your local TI contact or post on TI E2E Forums to request standalone MCAL”

I am not sure what to do, hopefully can get some suggestions from here.

Hi Shiping,

The MCAL drivers are located on TI mysecuresw site. You can ask local sales to make a request to our marketing team, so they will grant you the access permission to download the MCAL driver.
