MSP432E401Y: Porting firmware from MSP432P401R platform to MSP432E401Y

Hello,

Our existing product uses MSP432P401R. And we are moving to MSP432E401Y. So, I am trying to port the firmware to MSP432E401Y.

I see the firmware source structure and folder details are different. And may be the software architecture is also different.

I wanted to know is there any specific process that I should follow to make it smooth. If there are any leads about this, please share it with me.

Hi Shriganesh

There is no such migration document from MSP432P to MSP432E.

I recomment the following step on firmware porting

1, compare the prepheral difference which will be used on the system

2, port the prepheral driver library one by one based on SIMPLELINK-MSP432-SDK

3, port the software module one by one to build your system on MSP432E401Y
