so far there is no value for ADC input capacitance and input resistance in the datasheet.
Please, can you specify this.

Hi Bernhard,

For now, we have a simple model setup which captures the primary parasitic on the ADC front-end see below.

Ron = 1.2kohm (sample/hold resistance)

Chold = 8pF (sample/hold capacitance)

Cp = 7pF (shunt-parasitic pin capacitance)

Does that help for now?
