RM46L852: AJSM Unlock sequence on JTAG level

I don't know the details about the "unlock by scan" register. I suggest to use the TI tool to unlock the AJSM: sbgauth.exe

The dbgauth.exe is located in c:\ti\ccsx\ccs\common\uscif\dbgauth.exe

I was afraid you'll give me this answer.

Since I am not CodeComposer user I will need to spend time to get it up and running then record the JTAG with logical analyzer and then reverse engineer the procedure.

This is immediately a couple of days of effort.

Are you sure you cannot get me in touch with someone on your end? Our company does have an NDA signed with TI.

The dbgauth.exe is a standalone tool, It can be used without CCS. I will check if the original design team has the detailed info about AJSM unlock_register.

I've managed to run the dbauth.exe with some parameters and recorded the stream put out. So now I have the reference JTAG scan as done by this tool.  

I will test the unlock on the actual target I have locked once I get the key from the engineer that actually locked the device.

If you get any info I would still appreciate it. If I get it working first, I will also let you know.

In the mean time I was able to reverse engineer the communication and implement it in our tools. I confirmed it working on the secured target I have.
