Customer needs HSM documents to start their security development, but TRM doesn't have this information yet. Please share me the HSM document.
Another requirement is the "mySecure" linkage for AM263x HSM software, such as crypto drivers, Firewall configuration API, etc.

The MySecureSW contains where HSM Addendum Document and TIFS release. To get the access for the same, you will find the link at this location - AM2634-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com
You need to fill the following form which will help you to get access to MySecureSW.
All the required information will be part of the same. Some information may not be present at the current time like "crypto drivers etc." but will be part of future releases.
