Hi Support Team,

If pSRAM (pseudo SRAM) is to be used with AM243x, is there a list of manufacturers
that have already confirmed the use of pSRAM?

According to the AM243x datasheet, it supports x16 and x32 data lengths,
but if there are any that cannot be used, please let me know.

    Hi Kanae,

    Yes. According to the TRM and DS "External 16-bit and 32-bit pseudo-SRAM (pSRAM) device" are supported by GPMC.

    – 16-Bit parallel bus with 133 MHz clock or
    – 32-Bit parallel bus with 100 MHz clock

    We have customer verified that the following PSRAM works fine with AM243x:

    ISSI IS67WvE4M16EBL 64 Mb Asynchronous PSRAM
