Download the firmware by the method written in the URL
I wrote it, but the USB port could not be set temporarily.
Is there a process to run after burning the firmware?
If not, I would like to know if I did something wrong.

I suppose you are trying to make the TM4C129ENCZAD (a 212-pin BGA package) as a XDS110 debug probe, correct? Please note that XDS110 is normally enumerated by a TM4C1294NCPDT or TM4C129ENCPDT which is a 128-pin QFP package. In any case, please follow the above thread for ongoing discussions.
