Hai,

Im using DC motor on/off PCB using TM4C1231C3PM MCU, while on/off condition, all RAM variables getting junk values. Now what can i do for this issue?

And i fixed 10uf/10V in VDDC 1.2V signal. will it cause erotic behaviour such as RAM all variables as junk.

I'm not sure I am fully understanding your comment but if you have 10uF for VDDC instead of the required 3.3-3.4uF then the device will not function correctly.

I can't comment on if RAM variables being 'junk' is caused by that, we don't have a comprehensive list of all failure symptoms of not providing the proper VDDC capacitance. But it's certainly possible.

There is no known / commonly recurring root cause for that. Whatever is going on is unique to your system.
