Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM2631
Hello,
We started to consider the system using AM2632.
If so, is there a limit to the number of peripherals?
For example, can ADC2 and ADC3 be used?
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
Please see the AM2632 datasheet, Table 5-1, Device Comparison for details on differences between AM2632 and other AM263x SOCs:

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Is there a reationship between Interconnect and number of COREs?
PERI VBUSP Interconnect has R5 CORE and GPIO tables.
If we are using a 2-CORE product, are the only GPIOs available are GPIO0 and GPIO1?
Thanks & Regards
Hi,
For AM2632, only the GPIO1 and GPIO3 HW modules are available.
For AM2631, only the GPIO1 HW module is available.
However:
Please see the AM263x TRM Rev C, 13.1.1.3 GPIO Integration.

Hello,
I would also like to know processor information for single/dual configuration.
From your description I interpreted that the processor is configured as follows:
For AM2631, R5FSS0-CORE1 is available.
For AM2632, R5FSS0-CORE1 and R5FSS1-CORE1 are available.
(Lockstep mode not supported ?)
Is this correct?
Thanks & Regards

Hi,
Sorry, I used incorrect indexing on GPIO modules before.
For AM2632, GPIO0 and GPIO2 are available.
For AM2631, GPIO0 is available.
Please see the AM263x TRM Rev C, Table 13-1:
R5FSS0-0 = GPIO0
R5FSS0-1 = GPIO1
R5FSS1-0 = GPIO2
R5FSS1-1 = GPIO3
For AM2632: R5FSS0-0 and R5FSS1-0 are available.
For AM2631: R5FSS0-0 is available.

Frank
