TMDSEMU200-U: JTAG Problem Flashing TMS320F28335

Part Number: TMDSEMU200-U
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335,

Hello,

I recently ordered the TMDSEMU200-U to flash our TMS320F28335 board. The first time I powered it up the "Test Connection" was successful and able to flash the board. Then, I had my coworker try on his computer, and it gave him a cable break error (see below). I plugged it back into my computer, and it gives me the same cable break error. Here is the error:

[Start: Texas Instruments XDS2xx USB Debug Probe_0]

Execute the command:

%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -S integrity

[Result]

This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver or utilities.

The value is '-183' (0xffffff49).
The title is 'SC_ERR_CTL_CBL_BREAK_FAR'.

The explanation is:
The controller has detected a cable break far-from itself.
The user must connect the cable/pod to the target.

Please let me know what you recommend.  Have looked at the other posts and some of them recommend switching pins. I think it should be correctly connected though since I was able to successfully flash a TMS320F28335 board before the error.

Thank you so much for your help,

Michael
