Since the TMDSHSECDOCK was originally designed for C2000 controlCARDS, the schematic is included in the C2000WARE install package: https://www.ti.com/tool/C2000WARE

Once installed, if you go to the installation directory, you can find the TMDSHSECDOCK schematics here: C2000\C2000Ware_x_xx_xx_xx\boards\ExperimenterKits\DockingStation_HSEC_120or180pin\revF
