    Hi Ben,

    From CCS point of view XDS-200 are supported for AM243x and AM263x, but there is no 20 pin JTAG connector on AM263x CC nor the HSEC docking card. AM243x GP EVM however has the 20 pin JTAG connector for the XDS-200 to connect to.
