 v6x - 6.1.4 not found in C2000_CLA_SAFETI_CQKIT_RV IDE, configuration, compiler or debugger | TI.com 

     Click the link , then left side "Select a version" , scroll down to the end , for v6x only 6.4.9 can be found.

     Where can I find version 6.1.4?

    For C2000/CLA compiler, QKITs are only provided for 6.4.9 and later compiler versions.
    What safety level are you working with?

    For lower safety levels, customers have been able to generate the necessary documents from modifying a later QKIT version to an older compiler version that did not have a supported QKIT. The QKIT can be applied for ASIL-B with less constraints.  However, for ASIL-D, the QKIT requires you run a coverage check and we do not have an instrumented set of compiler tools for 6.1.x releases. I would recommend upgrading to 6.4.9 which has the QKIT that includes instrumented binaries for the required coverage check at ASIL-D.

    The running project is going to release to customer soon and the customer is using v6.1.4. It's very hard to persuade customer to upgrade to v6.4.9 for risk considerations.
