    As far as i know, we provided keil support in the past but now we are not providing any support for Keil IDE for TMS570 devices.

    Why don't you use CCS IDE, if you use CCS IDE along with HALCoGen tool then you can find so many examples?

    You can see examples are available for most of the peripherals, and you can also find step by step configuration procedure for corresponding example and you can also find code for the example.

    And refer below video to see how to use CCS IDE and HALCoGen tool to create basic LED blinky project.

    So, in conclusion i will suggest you use CCS for better support from our TI.
