i am referring to GNU Objcopy Utility.

anyway even if i dont use it GNU compiler wont produce bin file or hex file, which i need to flash it to my device.

can you suggest me whats wrong here i am sharing the error while debugging ,

i located the file still it is stoping at some point not getting hello world output.

  I don't have much experience with TI-RTOS for GCC. I'm not sure if your problem is due to the build issue or issues related to not having enough stack and heap memory.  Is your problem with outputting the message onto the console only? What if you try a different example or modify your current example to only blink a LED without sending any message to the console? Will the LED blink? I think this is a good way to know if the program is compiled correctly and if the problem you had before is more related to outputting messages to the console. You might want to try with bigger stack and heap memory sizes to see if you are making any difference to the result. Another experiment to try is to send the message "hello" through UART to the terminal window instead of the console. Will you still have the problem?

  For best support, I will suggest you consider TI ARM compiler toolchains. I will also suggest you  visit https://gcc.gnu.org/ to see of any information and support they can provide.
