Hello everyone,

We use the XDS110 for programming the CC3235SF, and it has consistently worked without any issues.

However, we recently acquired the TMDSEMU110-U, but we're encountering difficulties in getting it to function properly.

here is the signal we use (JATG + UART)

We use TMS nTRST VTRef TDO TDI TCK GND RX TX

XDS110

TMDSEMU110-U

for TMDSEMU110 we used

but does't work

please can someone help ?

Hello,

Do you have a part number or documentation for the older XDS110 that you were using? I am not aware of this part, but we often use the XDS110 debug probe (TMDSEMU110-U) and it works well with the CC3235SF devices.

Without knowing more about the older XDS110 I would guess that your issue is hardware related. On our launchpads for the CC3235SF (Part number: LAUNCHXL-CC3235SF) there is an onboard XDS110 so I would recommend you use this board as a reference for how you should interface the new XDS110 with the CC3235SF you have. Take a look at the design files and schematics and compare them with your design.

Let me know if the connections between the onboard XDS110 and the CC3235SF IC on the LaunchPad is the same as your design.
