  I have several questions.

  - Can you show your linker command file?

  - I suppose you are using your custom board, correct? Can you repeat the same error on another custom board or this is only happening on one board?

  - Can you repeat the sane error on the LaunchPad?

  - Can you confirm that any code size larger 65542  will fail but code size smaller than 65542 is loaded fine?

Your answers to the above questions will narrow down the problem area.

Yes we are observing same issue. This issue is not related to board this issue occurs during complication 

  - Can you repeat the sane error on the LaunchPad?

Yes we are observing same issue

Yes when code size smaller then it is compiling and working fine

  You can attach the .cmd file and the .map file by dragging them into the editing window.
