TM4C is supported by CCS, Keil and IAR. I will suggest you use CCS for best support. Please download the latest CCS from https://www.ti.com/tool/download/CCSTUDIO

I tried to install the latest version 12.6 on my W11 pc but had some errors. Should I go back to a W10 PC and perhaps an older version of CCS? I am interested only in the TIVA series at this point.
