Hi,

My customer wants to know the root cause of Errata SSWF021#45.
Does the issue related to silicon process variation?



Background of the question:
The customer bought ECU unit from their supplier and the ECU had PLL start-up issue.
The ECU uses TMS570LS3134. The ECU supplier concluded the issue is related to process variation of TMS570LS3134.
The customer wants to make sure the issue is related to SSWF021#45.
