Question , do the TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 and the TMS5704357BGWTEP have the SAME internal Die? Revision B? from the TSMC fab?
My company is trying to migrate our design from the TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 to the TMS5704357BGWTEP, can you tell us what, if any, electrical, physical, firmware differences there are between these devices?
For example, we know that the QQ1 has Pure Tin balls and the EP has Sn/Pb balls. The EP also has a better temperate rating.
Besides this, are the parts compatible with each other?
