TMDSEMU110-U: SO#220589 TMDSEMU110-U operation problem D1 (green) and D2 (red) both lights up

If D1 is on and D2 is off, this means the probe is working normally but there is no active debug connection detected.

What is meant by "recognize"? Are you referring to UniFlash autodetect?

Can they try testing the connection with CCS?

Thanks for the verification and guidance.

3.5 LED Operation is understood

The reported TMDSEMU110-U 2pcs are tested at exact similar initial use condition.

But there are difference in the LED D1, D2 status for the 2pcs.

Please clarify.

I am not familiar with connecting to PC to utilize writing software (UniFlash)

So UniFlash is able to detect or recognize the 1pc but not the other 1pc.

Could it be related to above D1, D2 LED status ? Please verify.

Will request customer to test the JTAG connection with CCS

The only clarification I can provide is my own observation.

When I plug in my TMDSEMU110-U, D1 is solid green, D2 is off.

After I successfully connect to one of the CPUs on the board using CCS Connect Target", D1 is solid green, D2 is solid red

While connected, if I do some active target access like load program or read memory, D1 is solid green, D2 is flashing red. Once the active target access is done, D1 is solid green, D2 is solid red.

When I disconnect from all CPUs using CCS Disconnect Target, D1 is solid green, D2 is off.

The above behavior is the expected one.

If D1 is green and D2 is red, then this should happen if CCS is connected to one of the CPUs on the target. Is it?
