I want establish communication between temperature sensor with TMS570LS2124 Controller between TMP101 Temperature sensor sending data , but master giving NAK command , how overcome from this problem, kindly reply soon sir as much possible .

Hi Jeeva,
If you do not set receive count, then master will not send any ACK to the i2c slave.
For example, you can refer below master receive functionality code:
As you can see before sending start condition from master, we are setting count with number of bytes we should need to receive. Once we set this count then master will give ack based on the count you are setting.
Make sure you are doing this in your code.
